What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Please note that personalised and custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless the piece is defective or we made an error. As each piece is made to order specifically for you, please review your personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

How can I cancel or change my order?
As we aim to process and begin crafting orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed and production may have already begun. Your order can be returned for a refund once received, subject to our return policy above.

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tesorojewels.store to obtain a return authorisation and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

What are your delivery costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders across the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Each piece is custom made to order. Once crafted and dispatched, here is what to expect:

Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also use our Track Your Order page on the website.

Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes — personalisation is at the heart of what we do. You can add a name, date, word, or initials to most of our pieces directly on the product page. If you have a specific request, please contact us at info@tesorojewels.store and we will do our best to accommodate you.
